Only what you type. If you submit the application: company name, website, revenue band, paid-media spend band, category and average order value, your answers about operating capacity and what you have already tried, your name, role, decision-making authority, business email, phone and preferred call window. If you use the “email me the link” form: a first name and an email address. We also record which link brought you here (campaign parameters in the URL) and the page you submitted from.
We take no payment on this site, so we never see card or bank details. We do not ask for a government identifier. We do not buy or append third-party data about you.
To assess whether an engagement is a fit, to contact you about your application, and to review your publicly available store before speaking with you. Applications are read by the founder and the implementation team. We do not sell, rent, or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Submissions are delivered by email to our team and processed by our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions. We keep applications as long as needed to evaluate them and, if you engage us, for the life of the engagement and any applicable record-keeping period.
Ask us to delete your application and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Ask what we hold and we will tell you. Reply “stop” to any message and we stop — there is no drip sequence chasing people who said no. Requests: jimmy@myfoundingpartner.com.
